OPSM The Crossing

I had a nice experience with my yearly eye-test at OPSM. One factor is that my vision is good and so I am happy with the results. The second factor is that Chloe (the optometrist) was very professional and kind.I always appreciate the quality work they do with eye tests.

I have been going to Tim Robinson for years to have my eye tests and glasses. I have always found Tim and the Opsm team at the Crossing to be very professional, friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

I had a simply excellent experience here. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, answered all my questions, and really provided a great service. There was a large range of frames to choose from, and OPSM can bill Southern Cross directly if you have the Vision module, which allows up to $500 reimbursement per year. The eye test is free as a Southern Cross member and if you choose to get the extra $30 scan of the back of your eye, this can also be fully claimed for under optometrist consultations. I'll be coming back to this branch in future, it's great to combine an eye test on the weekend with a look around town, including all the interesting shops located in the same vicinity of the Crossing, and a stop at a nearby cafe.

Experience with OPSM The Crossing was really pleasant for me :-). I found Tim my Optometrist one of the most friendly person to get my eye tested with. Tim made me feel so comfortable and my eye test went on so smoothly. And Nicola thank you for helping me choose a perfect frame and the glasses just got ready in a week's time, whereas I was expecting it to be ready in 3 weeks. Very efficient and pleasant service.
