I’m always cautious before using a new barber due to some scarring sacrilegious events. However Jess was recommended to me by a friend and I was blown away by his fade. So I took the risk and booked in an appointment with Jess. She was super understanding, and I told her what I wanted and then showed her a picture. Not only did she emulate the haircut perfectly, but she also understood my hair, which is extremely rare with barbers I have found. She is a wizard, super talented and I would give her 6 stars if I could. Thank you Jess, you have gained a new loyal customer!

Waited 34 minutes past the time I had booked 10:30 I waited till 11 o’clock and showed up on time and one of the younger employees was on smoko and I was 30 mins due to be seen and he picked someone who just walked through the door while the other workers took there sweet time didn’t show any care what I had been sitting for over 30 mins past booking time I was obviously upset and getting inpatient they all kept taking there sweet Time so I’ve walked out because personally think they should be more onto it then that maybe lack of experience…. Not happy with sitting around for ages and not being seen. Barber shack wouldn’t ever treat anyone like this.

A month or so ago I had my first experience with barber Tom's new shop in papamoa. I actually live right next door. Jess was my barber and she did an incredible job. So today I went back again for a total change to my style. Jess again was so helpful with her ideas and totally professional in everything she did. I'm totally impressed with this place and from what I've seen they are very busy and highly highly recommended. Best idea is to book. They are now the one and only place I'll go to for my haircuts.Jess thankyou again for an awesome experience and your total professional approach.
