BEWARE: Price gouging, only offering the most expensive flight change to my father when they could have offered alternative solutions such as forfiet the return flight and just book another, instead of over $1500 in fees and charges this solution would be $600, this was for exactly the same flightThat’s $900 difference,Not impressed at all and this was from the store team leader.My father has been a regular user also so baffled that they would do this to him.

Worst customer service ever when booking online. Impossible to get support after flight cancellation by airline. Very difficult to book a different flight and then equally as difficult to book seats. Many issues dealing with customer support on the phone. It seems they didn't even know how to help/support. The operators are totally clueless.

Bad experience. Do not bother booking fully flexible flights online through flight centre. They will charge you to change the flights and will not refund only give you a credit. Do not waste your money. Book direct

Hapless communication, if you can get hold of them, I have been trying for two days by email and phone maybe it's just my representative cant email them because their inbox is full apparently telephone her and they are experiencing high numbers of calls (probably complaints) so will get back in a couple of days a useless service and would never ever recommend them. I had to because I received a voucher I had to use there Go to House of Travel and save a headache This voucher was a credit from a previous debacle as well
