Very friendly and knowledgeable service, especially everyone who I have dealt with regarding watches. I had an issue with a watch I bought (not Stewart Dawsons fault) and the post purchase service was excellent.

Amazing customer service, felt welcomed and not out of place at all. Super helpful, friendly staff, made me want to come back. Much prefer it to the snobby staff I encountered at another couple of jewellery stores at the mall ! AND AMAZING SALES

Stuart dawsoms at Westfield shopping mall in riccarton are amazing! They go above and beyond to give you exactly what you want, I specifically wanted a teal sapphire with diamonds each side, 18ct gold band and platinum setting, I picked a style I liked and they had my ring specially made for me and wow I'm obsessed! The different colours she throws and especially in the sunlight. No wonder the store manager was so excited when it was ready for us. Thankyou so much, we will be back for our wedding rings

We used to live in New Zealand, and I bought some jewelry from the store not knowing what would happen in the future. And what happened is: the hooks of my earrings fell apart! Yes, they turned into golden dust. I contacted the store but was told that the earrings were too old and that they are not going to help.Here is a warning: the quality of some jewelry is unbelievably low and in a few years from your purchase you might find a pile of dust in your jewelry box. Another one: don’t' bother to complain, they will say that your jewelry is old hence is fell apart.And no apologies!

Went to the one in Riccarton Mall today to get a watch for my daughter's 30. She was delayed getting home from London due to Covid but finally got her home and got the watch: Tissot PRX quartz. My thanks to Samuel Uffindell for taking the time to discuss and show us so many options!

I am a Kiwi living in Australia and won't be able to make my way home to NZ for Christmas so I was left with online shopping to buy my mum her Christmas present.I had a necklace in mind but the picture on the Stewart Dawson website wasn't the best so I called the Riccarton store to get more of an idea of the size etc.I spoke to Nick and he (and Michelle) were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to ensure that I had all of the information to know if this was the right piece to buy.Amazing customer service, I would 100% recommend as they made a difficult situation so much easier. Thanks so much!
