Very bad Chai latte.. way over priced too

Super friendly owners, always greet you with a smile and a welcome. Coffee is good, food has always been good and reasonable price. Go there most days of the week.

Ordered fish and chips thinking it was fresh as mentioned outside the shop. Worst experience, three layered batter covering a tiny fish and not cooked properly with over fried and cold chips, that too over priced. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

i came here and she said oh go to the other counter. i notice she left two items at other counter, so i turned around to get them and turned back and notice she was adding extra dollar on the till. i didnt know how much certain itemz were so i couldnt add it up. any way we got 4 kabarbs small chip smal coffee carot cake, and a chicken avo sandwhich and and it came up to 33.5o so i dnt knw how many times she added the extra $1 to till

Have been visiting Shands' Bakery for decades - being next door to petrol and having great food were the obvious draw-cards. Hadn't been in for a while and decided to stop to pick up some lunch will driving south recently. First thing I noticed when we parked outside was one of the bakery staff (looked like a baker by their uniform) standing outside the shop smoking. As I got out of the car the smell of cigarette smoke was strong. I changed my mind when the staff member took a big exhale, blew the smoke across the doorway and flicked the butt onto the pavement before going back inside. A shame to see a well known icon slip their standards and not an appealing welcome to customers. We won't be back. Max

Disappointed used to be one of the best bakery when I was a kid fresh bread and all now its gone to sh*+

If you go this place, you will waste money. Nothing from this bakery is eatable and drinkable

Really yum pie but stale bread on the egg sandwich, amazing pie tho
