I have just had my carpet cleaned by Chem-dry Taupo and it looks amazing! It was a really good price and all the marks/stains are gone. The staff were friendly and efficient too. I highly recommend.

Very little wait time. Technician Brett was very diligent and careful and the job was completed in the estimated time. VERY happy with the end result and would highly recommend this company to clean your carpets. Great value!!

Wanted to say what a fantastic job Brett did on the lounge sweet & carpets yesterday at 239 mapara road, Acacia Bay.I was very impressed with his quiet & hard working manor. The stains came out better than expected & my 22 year old carpet looks & feels soft with renewed colour.The 18 yrs old lounge suite looks like new.Wonderful service, communication & value.I paid my invoice on line.Perviously I have used a competitor company but will be now recommending Chem Dry most definitely.Please do pat Brett on the back, he's an asset to your team most definitely.

Amazing service. Fast, Professional, friendly and efficient. I had a water stain on a couch that was proving impossible for me to remove myself disappear before my eyes. Considering the couch wasn't mine Im especially happy about that! Highly recommended

I was absolutely blown away with the result after the very first time I used Chem dry. I just had another carpet clean done today and am just so happy once again. Such a noticeable difference and I love that the carpet is not left soaking wet and it has a nice smell. Thank you guys so much. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Excellent service! Called on a Friday afternoon to dry an area of carpet after a water spill. Nicola was very helpful and Brett was able to attend within half an hour. He was efficient, careful and went above and beyond. He returned the following morning to finish the job and all for a very reasonable price. Very happy to recommend.
