Excellent! Spoke to Colin about our Doorworks motor not working (only 3.5 years old), he couldn't make it for a day or 2 due to workload. It was the main access to our house so I wanted to get someone earlier if possible, called 3-4 people who all told me I would need to replace the unit. Finally found someone else who would come and look at it on the same day, I text Colin to thank him and let him know we had someone coming. He took the time to call me and let me know the likely problem from the info I had provided him and that I shouldn't have to replace the whole unit and to be weary. Suitably impressed by his knowledge, diagnostics and ethics - Highly recommend!!!
