Always very clear and helpful here. They go above and beyond and will check things out at no extra cost if they're already doing a WOF and they tell you if there's something you might want to get looked at even if it doesn't effect your WOF. been going here for years, awesome team

We didn't like the service at this place because the guy said so many things that we should do in the car. Ex: he said that we have to change the seat belt because it had a lot of cuts and there was no cut at all. Although just one thing that he said made sense and we fixed it, the rest of them didn't. We went to another place and the wof was approved. I won't be back again

First time getting a WOF at this place and will be going elsewhere next time. Without going into specifics, staff should put focus more on providing good customer service. It was also apparent that new import cars going through compliance checks from next door were getting preference over normal customers, not doing any favours for waiting times.

What can I say except WOW. I have been going to Drivesure for a few years now and have always been impressed with the customer service and care. Today however, was a whole new level. I took my vehicle in for a WOF/service with my 5 month old baby in tow. Whilst waiting for my WOF, I decided to take the baby for a walk so she could have a sleep. Little did I know that the heavens would open and it would pour with rain. I was trapped at McDonald’s and got a call from Laura to let me know my car was ready. Without me saying anything, she suggested that she should bring the car to me. Not only did she sacrifice her time, she sacrificed her outfit too - she got absolutely drenched in the process. Thank you SO much Laura. I don’t know how I would have managed without you.

Good service and Fast I recommend maybe a Free WIFI for guess will be nice. $75 for warranty and $5 off for your next service. Overall pretty good..

I put my car Rego on hold for year, finally had time during this break to get it up and running again. I have been to many WoF places from out West to South, pricing from $30-$85 and this place takes the CAKE!! At the time of this review I paid $61, with the loyalty card i get $5 off on my next WoF. I guess my timing may have been perfect because there was only one other person doing his WoF besides me. This is during the Christmas Break so i was not sure what to expect. I know where i will be going next year. ;)The Breakdown⁃ Friendly staff.⁃ Good explanation of purchase as it was first time with them.(Also have a loyalty card)⁃ Accepts paywave.⁃ Not so busy during Christmas holiday break.(For me at less)⁃ Nice indoor and out waiting area.(Cold water machine inside)Read some of the bad reviews before coming and did not experience any of it. I even saw 2x guys checking my car as the second person had the time to assist the main person carrying out my inspection. I know in doing so this will speed up my waiting time. (Yes i saw the reviews about the wait times.) In conclusion I had a great experience with them and will definitely be coming back with my wife's cars. If result are different i will update this review but as of now its A+++ service.(PS: Just so you know I did my own Pre Inspection" before taking my car in. I checked ALL the lights on my car. License plate lights

We've been using Drivesure henderson for years even since they were before Drivesure.Sadly we will not be going back after a couple of experiences with a rude member of staff who seems to be more interested in exercising his ego than anything else.This is not a reflection on the rest of the business where we have never had a problem with any of the staff previously but this is a repeat occurrence now.edit: @owner. It should be no surprise to you. If you scroll down through the negative reviews you've been receiving they relate to the same person. I think you know who this person is. He is letting down the rest of your team.Your competitor vtnz inspected our cars this morning and the difference in levels of courtesy, friendliness and customer service were very marked.

Having so much praise for the lady on counter, on this morn 23. 2 , she went above and beyond for me and literally made my day. Can highly recommend this place as when service is like it was. Thanks so much.

Lovely experience getting my WOF today. I had a break light out and the man that did the WOF put a new brake light in for me and passed me. Wonderful customer service, I really appreciate it. Thank you :)
