Labtests

I have been to many labtest but ascot is beyond my expectations. Jeralin and Shivica has always been lovely to me. Most painless bloodtests I have gotten and now it's been 2 years since im coming thereHighly recommnd this labtest!

Have attended here for all maternity blood tests so far and found all staff to be excellent at their job, particularly as from an experience elsewhere, somebody once tried seven times in a row to take blood from me.

My Mum took a blood test here the other day, and the nurse took it so fast carelessly that it was really painful for the rest of the day. Eventually left this massive bruise. Never has this happened after a blood test. Too scared to go here ever again.

Error prone, blunt, and inconsiderate staff. I'm usually very mindful of medical staff given everything they go through. There are even multiple posters up reminding people to be kind to staff, yet ironically the staff got my details wrong, and were impatient, inconsiderate, and stubborn about correcting their mistakes. Based on other reviews I wonder if there is an element of racism to it. It certainly makes me never want to go back. I hope the service improves going forward.

Always a great place to get blood tests, curtious staff that are good at their job. I have been blood tested at least once every two weeks for many years and this is the place I recommend.

Because of some reasons, I have to do blood test often, But in Ascot lab test clinic, their nurse doesn't perform professinally, some nurses like to ask again and again the question if you have resident visa with doulting tones, they take assumption you lied to them,that make me feel really unconfortable. Today they even give me phone call after half hour I left lab test with doulting tones. My suggestion is for health system, they should ask permission from Immigration NZ to check if the patient is entitled. Directly ask doesn't help anyway, especially asking with guilty assumption is very rude.What make me more unconfortable is not every clinic ask this question, even other stuff in this clinic doesn't ask this question. That make one feel you just suspect specific one.

The slowest labtests in Auckland. Waited an hour for bloods and I got there at 740am. Only 1 staff member taking bloods. Pretty poor considering it's attached to a busy hospital

One of the busiest lab in the Remuera. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Open from 7.30 am in the morning. But closed on weekends. It is in the main building on level 2 of Ascot hospital at Greenlane East road.

Free 30 min parking. No queue mid afternoon. Quick service. Nurse was friendly, gentle and the blood draw was painless.
