Amazing shop could spend all day there !

Came to view a pair of Lazyboys found through Trademe - loved the chair's and Rullen kindly arranged delivery the same afternoon. Couldnt ask for better service.

I brought your le arcs dining chairs through trade me, which I had couriered to Auckland. They look fantastic, unfortunately one of chairs leather ripped on first use. This shouldn’t happen! Especially on expensive quality items.I have tried to make contact several times with initial response but now feel ignored. Please email me so we can come to a fair solution.Thanks, Tamla.Reply to the response Below; disappointing that this is the only way I can get a response. I emailed & texted your admin Balinder multiple times over the past few weeks, I have given you adequate amount of time to reply before posting reviews. $50 is not reasonable, for chairs that cost of $1200.

Smelly boy that didn't even look up when we walked in. Playing on phone. We wondered if he even worked there. He didn't know price so got the boss. Boss gave us price, but wasn't interested in what we had to say about boy. Showed him photo of chair on TM. He said that was at his other store, and gave us directions. The other store was closed! Wouldn't waste my time with this company. Business must be good.

Rullen furniture just have the best ever European furniture. The chair I bought was amazing - beautiful quality and nice and old. I’m a photographer and it looks stunning in my photos. I have been looking for a chair like this for a year and they fill a hole in the market. The service was also great - I recommend them!!!

What a great shop, this would have to be the best around Christchurch. Balinda Kumar the owner is so friendly,helpful and knowledgeable but most importantly very honest. Don't take my word for it just go and have a look you will be amazed at the selection on display and more.

I had seen a dresser on trade me but the mirror looked cloudy. I popped into the shop and asked to view it .I viewed it in a dark storeroom away from the shop (I think was taken off trade me.) The mirror still looked cloudy but it was hard to see . I asked the man again and he said it just needed a clean as had been in storage not the shop. He then said he would reduce the price and deliver. I had just shifted and needed a dresser so decided to trust him. He delivered it at night .The drawers were taken out to lighten it.The next day I cleaned the mirror. NO DIFFERENCE!!!!!! AND A DRAWER IS FAULTY AND NOT OPENING.I have phoned him and texted him but he just says my problem as I saw it.Now he ignores me. I am 72 and not wealthy.So am very unhappy.FAIR TRADING SAYS IF THE ARTICLE IS DAMAGED OR NOT IN THE CONDITION ADVERTISED IT CAN BE RETURNED - MONEY BACK .BUT WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN.
