Has anyone here purchased a house through a facebook ads. It happened to me. I saw Sheik’s post about the house on facebook. Sent him a message and he replied immediately, then we organized a view in the afternoon in the same day. That sounds crazy but that’s true. We decided to buy that house 2 weeks after. Sheik is great to work with! He has always responded quickly to my questions and concerns (evenings, weekends....doesnt matter to him). It’s a new-built town house, so we needed many documents from the Vendor for the bank. Sheik got all documents we needed from vendor and always provided them on time. We settled in the house we like just two weeks ago. I highly recommend him and have been very happy with his service!
