I received the best customer service I have ever received today at Ponsonby.The two young ladies went out of their way to ensure I got the bag I was wanting to purchase, one of them got in her car and drove to HO to collect stock so my purchase could be completed and I wouldn’t have to come back. Exceptional.These are two young ladies that need to be highly valued, they are worth their weight in gold. Thank you girls.

Awesome service, very responsive to emails, and super helpful. On top of that, a great looking, high quality product.Bought the Parker briefcase in Navy. Emma helped me to pre-purchase before it had even been released in this colour.Great experience all round, thanks Emma!

I contacted the store 2 weeks ago regarding the embossing that completely faded on my handbag. The bag is 2 years old but I barely used it as I kept it for special occasions. I was told that because the bag is 2 years + they are unable to help me. I am not asking for a replacement all I want is the bag to be fixed which I am happy to pay for. For the price tag I expected better service. Will go with a different brand next time.

I absolutely LOVE my black Fifi handbag. I was so fortunate to have Taylor help me to secure this handbag in time for my overseas travel. It is compact but has lots of pockets and is not too big and not too small. A must have and thank you again Taylor for your help to get this to me so promptly. I love this handbag sooo much I'm looking at purchase another Saben product! A++++

Thought I better leave a review, as I would have never called the Ponsonby Saben if I had not seen another review!Recently received a Gita and loved it so much I ordered a chunky chain for it this weekend. I then saw the Tilly's Big Sis with the chain that I loved but it was sold out online.Thanks to the review I saw, I called the Ponsonby Saben and Liberty (sp?) was super helpful and friendly and found the last one in stock for me! Thrilled! Needless to say, I'm already a fan! Thanks so much!
