Excellent printers, competed my order in great time and at very high quality. Were happy to run a couple of different proofs and I went from initial email to having final prints in my hand in around a week. Definitely on the upper end of my budgeted cost, but their skill. professionalism and industry knowledge made it worthwhile.

I rushed after work to get there to have my documents printed and walked in at 5pm and the gentleman told me that he can't print anything, because they have already shut down all the printers. I was confused, because it says that they work until 5.30pm. But he didn't really care about it and just gave me an indifferent look. He mentioned other places where I could try to print my documents, but I still feel very disappointed with the service. Please mention on your website that you actually don't do anything after 5pm, so people won't waste their time to get to you.

I've just used Wakefields to print my Masters Thesis, this was the first time I've used their services and I couldn't be more impressed. This place is excellent. They took my order on short notice and delivered it a day later. I got over 20 photo prints of considerable sizes that were high quality. They are straightforward to deal with, and I would highly recommend them.

I don't doubt they get it right most of the time, but when I took my job they got it wrong, 3 out of 4 books were not up to standard when binding. Blamed the whole thing on skewed printing" which I supplied when the issues were based on the trimming. Rather than calling to consult the client at time of execution about the issues they say they encountered

I am really enjoying the service I get from Wakefields. Rebekah, who I have dealt with in ordering prints and asking questions, has been so friendly and helpful. But also, the quality of the printing is better than anything I have found elsewhere. The colours print true, and the blacks have depth without being overpowering. I am super proud to send prints that i have had made there to the clients who have ordered them. They have also turned the jobs around in faster times than promised.
