Not normally a person to leave reviews but was really shocked with what I saw. The store floor clean but the changing rooms have become a storage spot. The carpets are ripped. It’s hot, smells and has flaking paint/marks everywhere. I feel for the staff having to put up with it who still remained friendly - Needs a good revamp cotton on HO ! Won’t be going there again.

This store is embarrassing to the Cotton On brand. Throughout 2018, each time I visited the store it was a mess, the changing rooms are always dark and dirty and filled with clothes. Shame on the store management and is there not a regional manager who cares about the state of this store? It seems there is no difference in 2019. Today I visited the store and it was a complete mess again. It would also not hurt for the staff to ask customers if they need assistance. Your job is not that difficult, do better.
