Always a friendly voice over the phone and a smiling face at the counter. Food is delicious, especially live the shrimp fried rice and half dozen mussels.

Not sure what happened on our last visit here on Sunday the 8th Jan, but the 7 burgers we had were very disappointing, all had very little if any filling apart from the pattie.Not the usual standard we have enjoyed many times before, will definitely be asking what is in the burgers before ordering if we decide to go back again.

We love the honey chicken and noodles. The fish and chips are good too. I stopped going for a while but new owners are doing a great job. Really friendly and quick and food good so now we go there every weekend.

Love this place, food is always excellent and the variety is awesome. I only had once when the fish was a bit dry, but other than that, never had problems with food

I think this might just be the best fish I have had from fish n chip shop! I had battered Hoki, it was large, thick, moist and delicious. Clean premises, friendly staff and very quick. Extensive menu including Chinese dishes. Generous serve of chips. Will be my go to when I am up in a Paraparaumu.

I've been going to this take away for over 30 yrs on & off under the previous ownership and I never liked the battered fish.However I know this place has recently changed ownership and I bought some fish & chips yesterday to try (23 May) and I must say they were really nice fish & chips. The new owners were very friendly.

After years of not visiting North End Takeaways, it’s now our local go-to Fish n Chips shop. Absolutely fantastic chips, hotdog is fantastic, crumbed and battered fish are always delicious, fresh and cooked to perfection. Chinese selection is also amazing and great tasting! Definitely worth taking your $$$ here.
