They were very thorough with reviewing LIM and body corporate files for my property purchase, very pleasant to work with, and often went above and beyond my expectations. The worst law firm I have dealt with in NZ, I would give them a zero star rating if I could. I dealt with John Jon and Penina and they are both total mock arounds. I specifically asked for John to handle my legal work however he passed my Million dollar deal to his law student Penina who had absolutely no idea what she was doing and couldn’t even answer a single question and was on leave most of the time(particularly on my contract due date as well as the settlement date with nobody covering her)!!! The lack of communication made it super frustrating and stressful and the fact that I received no guidance from MY LAWYER whatsoever made both my time and money(their expensive fees) go to waste.I had to pay them almost double the market rates but literally had to chase up every single thing myself when I could’ve gone elsewhere and received a far better service for half the price.The worst decision I have ever made.I am never trusting these B.S 5 star google ratings ever again.
