Just Cuts Takanini Town Centre

I received great service while visiting the new Just Cuts in Takanini town centre. It was really accessible which is hard to find because I am in a powerchair myself. The service provided from the hairdresser was great as she listened, was friendly and chatty. This will be my new hairdresser going forward. I highly recommend going here!!!

I got my hair cut by Korena - she did a fantastic job at styling my hair the way I like it! I love my new hair with natural layers and a side fringe. Definitely will come back!!

The haircut itself turned out great and suits me well.However, I felt uncomfortable due to the constant pressure to get a hair wash at an extra cost. Considering that the haircut was already pricier than my usual salon visits, I didn't find it worthwhile to pay more, especially since the products used were expensive and not something I would typically buy. It's important to remember that not everyone can afford these additional expenses.I politely declined the offer, but the stylist persisted, showing frustration and suggesting that my hair wouldn't be styled properly without the wash. This made me uneasy and felt like I was being pushed into something I didn't want or need.Furthermore, the stylist commented that my hair had been thinned out excessively by a previous stylist, causing frizz. However, my hair has always been fine and prone to frizz, which is common in my family. Despite these uncomfortable aspects, I genuinely liked the haircut I received.In summary, Just Cuts provided me with a friendly service and a good haircut. However, the constant pressure for an additional wash made me feel uneasy. It would be better if customers were given the choice without feeling pressured or judged. Personally, I was only interested in getting a simple haircut, and that should be respected.
