Really helpful staff, I went in to find out if I could filter the water at home to remove chlorine. They sold me a reasonably inexpensive filter for the shower that is fantastic. I've gone from using eczema cream daily to using it about once a month. Recommend the product and the business

Excellent service. Leaky water pump. Dismantled it and took it to store where they fitted new gasket and serviced it saying good for another few years, cheaper than purchasing new one. Unfortunately post refit it started leaking again. Contacted them and within a short time frame a fitter dispatched (who by this time had already finished work bless him) to remove and install an emergency pump. Next day they phoned saying a new pump required due to cracked housing. They very kindly did a pressure test for me as i suspected the original pump was not suitable. Transpires after the pressure test it appears the building plumber had installed a pump only suitable for in or above ground tanks NOT for mains pressure. Liam and his team provided a fast and efficient service. Very professional. Highly recommend them
