Karen is an absolute perfectionist and totally passionate about all things hair. Anyone visiting her salon will not be disappointed and will likely become a regular visitor.I initially struggled to find someone in NZ to look after my hair needs, and always felt 'lost in the system' with other big name salons, BUT with Karen it is different. You are an important client and gets all her attention, and the chance of you leaving unhappy is quite slim. She is a STAR, and highly recommended!

Karen is a perfectionist and I always leave feeling so happy with my hair.She was patient enough to transform my dark box-dyed hair to blonde, and was honest about how long it would take and that it would not be achieved in one appointment. She was very careful to not damage my hair and lightened it gradually. Even though it takes hours because I have thick hair, she doesn't take shortcuts and has a lot of pride in her work.

After many unhappy visitis to different hair salons I finally feel like I've found the one. Karen was absolutely amazing, made me feel comfortable and at home, helped me with overcoming my fear of people cutting my hair and gave me an amazing cut to help start my healthy hair journey. She explained everything in detail so I knew what I was getting, why I was getting it and how to move forward. Everything was very clear, I understood why and she recommended some amazing products which I'm loving. She's absolutely amazing and as a Curly/Wavy hair girl I would 100% recommend and go back to her.
