Ordered a bin through their website, they couldnt deliver so I had to cancel. They took my details for a refund however after chasing turns out there is no-one availble to process a refund and I have to wait for another week at least. Very poor service and response.

They come earlier then 630am somedays, be nice if the drivers didnt pick and choose their time. As we were told it needs to be on curbside by 7am, so why do we miss out on multiple empties because they never come back. As we dont leave it out overnight otherwise scummy people put their rubbish in it and it overflows so they wont pick it up anyway. After 2 years we are changing as we are over the rude customer service

Very hard to deal with. Business can’t afford to drive an extra 1500m to collect a bin rurally, told me they would be loosing money. Recommend anyone rural do not engage this business

Really happy experience dealing with this firm. I booked a skip on line and rang to check the next morning on time of delivery.As it was Lockdown and they didn’t have full staff numbers, I was told afternoon but it was delivered just after midday.The delivery driver was cheerful and helpful and placed it exactly where I asked it to be - even moved it slightly at my request.When I realised I would need it for longer I rang the Very helpful office staff member who said it wasn’t a problem and organised that for me.The collection of the skip was equally impressive. The driver was friendly and quickly and quietly took the skip away.A great opportunity to get our house and section tidied up and sorted.Thanks CanPlan for such great service.

We have hired a few skips while doing a house renovation and have had nothing but good experiences with Canplan. They have always responded promptly and been very accommodating.

Our Household signed up and paid one year upfront.We have only been here one month and today our Bin was refused service because they claim we owe a bill, but we're 11 months in advance. Especially under the current circumstances of the lock-down, this conduct is not only disgraceful, but inexcusable.

Hired a garden waste skip for 10 days. Received 9. Wasn't done filling the bin when they arrived early. Asked for a bit more time, they refused. Tried contacting them but only met with unbelievable levels of rudeness. Cancelling my normal waste pickup and disputing these charges so I can afford to hire ANOTHER skip. Obnoxious. This will obviously cost you much more than the skip rental.If you want to stand by your 7AM - 5PM" pickup times

If you fall behind in payments, They'll stop servicing your bin. When you make the payment, they'll charge you for the time during which they didn't service the bin. They want bloody paid for doing nothing.

Terrible. Reneged on service to my kerb, even after years of service. No explanation, nothing but rudeness. Told me I needed to start taking my rubbish 100m away to my neighbor's kerb. Went with Betta Bins who collects at MY kerb without having to struggle with my bin an extra 200m each week.
