Great store layout. Good deals and plenty of parking

Cutlery. Dont recommend Briscoes for Cutlery. A few months ago I purchased two boxed sets @ half price sale as were very expensive. Look at them now. Shocking. Knives handles dont clean, food getting stuck in them. Never again Briscoes.

Love the range and best sales price on kitchen appliances.

Loved it, and very organized store and the staff is amazing at customer service.

Ordered a $90 product advertised as in stock (as a birthday gift ) online - which still hadnt arrived a week later. I called back and was on hold for 15 minutes only to be told they had no idea when I could expect it and they and were keeping sending my order to different stores to fulfil and the ones they sent it to had no stock. I received no communications and not really any apology even though I requested one - and explained they should have some form of process so they could escalate the issue and what had happened internally so they could fix it to avoid it happening to others. Really made to feel like I was at fault for wasting their time. Definitely wouldn't recommend trusting their online ordering system. Happy to change this if Briscoes contact me to confirm that they are interested in improving their systems. Hope I get a refund quickly and dont need to chase that - so i can buy the product elsewhere

Instead of at least three sales days a week they might as well have the whole weeks with specials. Parking could be a problem on those 3 days.

Higher price and quality than Kmart, but frequently price cuts!

Is what it is, big box retailer. Helpfull staff, always have what you need. My go to for a painless shopping experience.

Almost things you want to have in your home is here except your husband with reasonable price and better quality than any other place like this.
