The best ski store in New Zealand I’ve been to! And beautiful inside!! You can tell people who own the place and the workers just love skiing!Very professional service but friendly attitude.I bought skis and boots thanks to Andy’s advice and I couldn’t be any happier with the choice I made.If I could have given you guys more stars just than only 5/5 I would!

Spectacular shop, taking pride and time to carefully match you with the right equipment. Andy has so much patience and expertise. I keep coming back and picking up more 'forever' gear. Great brews to be had, and Raffy does a stellar job.

I went into get my old board waxed and then walked out with a whole new set up (and the old board waxed). Excellent customer service from Andy, really took his time to explain the boards and bindings they had, what would suit and he listened to what I wasn’t so keen on with my existing set up. Walked out a very happy customer. Will definitely go back whenever I’m in Christchurch. And to top it off there was a shop dog too! Also seems to be one of the few places in Christchurch which does a 24 hour turn around on ski/board waxing and tuning.

Very friendly and genuine staff. Always have your your best interest at heart. They're very knowledgeable on their stock, you can really tell they have a passion for what they're selling and are extremely helpful. Such an inviting and friendly atmosphere overall.Originally came in last year to get geared up for the season and immediately felt more welcomed compared to the more conventional outdoors stores, and left feeling like a very happy customer and couldn't wait to try out my new board, which took a while to get delivered due to covid but now, absolutely love it and couldn't be happier!10/10 would recommend. They also make some pretty nice coffees

Never have I ever walked into a store and had such a wonderful customer service experience. Not only are they knowledgeable of their products and services, they also provide you with a choice of your hot beverage made with love or craft beer. Talk about going above and beyond.We accidentally stumbled upon this store when we mistook it for another store we were looking for. We are very pleased to have accidentally discovered this little gem of a ski shop.Andy and Jimmy have gone above and beyond in helping us rectify our issues with our previous ski equipment and we are now exceptionally fitted with the right boots and skis. They made sure that our new boots fitted us right by customising and tweaking any problem areas all inclusive of the boot purchase, they ensured that both our new boots and skis suited our personality and style.Andy has also been very helpful in providing us with advice on how we can improve our skiing ability, being an ex ski racer we are learning from the best!Thanks team you have definitely acquired long term customers in us and we will be sharing praise for the wonderful products and services you offer.
