Beautiful place to stay! Stunning views from the outside bath tub while relaxing having my morning coffee. We had perfect weather for the outdoor movie on the projector with an amazing sunset Definitely coming back!

Thoroughly enjoyable experience. We loved making our pizzas and watching a movie on the projector under the stars.Bed so comfy and lovely little extras like the bath boms and smores kit are a great added bonus.Would go again

Staying at Wild Canvas was awesome! I would highly recommend! The views are stunning, the glamping tent was gorgeous and there where so many lovely little extras included. My favourite was the lovely claw foot baths and relaxing under the stars!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Waitomo Hilltop Glamping - from the beautiful decor, gorgeous gift left on the bed, the stunning view from the outdoor baths to the great facilities to enjoy dinner that evening and breakfast in the morning. Despite the rain, our stay was perfect. A lovely getaway, just a short distance from Hamilton and we both felt recharged and refreshed to return home to our kiddies. A wonderful experience - would highly recommend.

Who knew Waitomo was so magical (we didn't).My partner and I recently ventured North from Hawke's Bay to check out a neck of the woods we had not yet visited. Of course we had planned to stay in the area in style and had booked well in advance the Kowhai tent. While I am a a keen glamper and couldn't wait to check out what awaited us on the hill, I think the overall highlight of the trip for my partner was driving the Jimney up the farm track... Boys will be boys.But wow, what a magical stay, the baths overlooking NZ farmland, the outdoor movie projector, the fire pits around the tents glowing at night and the big plush bed that we spent a lazy day reading in - All receive a big five stars from us.We also really enjoyed checking out the Waitomo caves before we headed home and also made a wee detour up to Hobbiton to complete the birthday trip.There's no doubting that we will be back.

If you are thinking of staying don't think twice, book now!! It is the most peaceful, romantic getaway. This place is amazing, Ben and Emily have thought about every little detail and gone above and beyond to make your stay the best getaway!!! cannot wait to go back. We are already planning a trip back to both the tents, they are breath taking.

We spent one night at Wild Canvas and it was amazing! Secluded, tranquil and awesome views. We enjoyed the pizza oven and outdoor baths. The interior is beautiful and relaxing and the extra touches of a welcome board with ingredients for s’mores as well as fresh bread and free range eggs contributed to the wonderful experience. Emily was very helpful and easy to deal with. Thank you for a very special place to celebrate 25th wedding anniversary.

I have to say it was more on the camping side of things. I'd definitely recommend if staying summer time would be best. We were hoping for a some what relaxing stay. We spent most time trying to keep warm, my hubby spent the short time we had chopping wet wood and kept having to try keep it going. We both caught a cold as we were absolutely freezing and the heating did not do anything. Location and service was amazing though
