After finally getting an answer on the phone they gave me a cellphone number of one of there salesman as well as they were going to pass my number on to someone else in there team...i called the salesman about 4 times never got answered 1 week later never heard from anyone obviously these guys make to much money, ill buy a truck from turner's instead they always answer or call you back. Plus if this is what there sales service is like id hate to see there after sale's service..plus i definitely won't be selling any of my trucks through these guys when they don't chase up buyer's...

Bid on a live auction Thursday. I bid and won on a vehicle . Got to Vtnz in Wiri to find the vehicle rego had been lapsed. This was not mentioned in the auction anywhere. Waste of time and waste of money.Buyers be aware, do your search before bidding and would recommend to pay at counter not online.☹️

The forklift driver damaged both my car and my transporters trailer. It took two messages left on your voicemail (both with no reply), and 6 phone calls to get hold of anyone. Once I got hold of someone, they told me they’d get back to me about the damage and the cars missing key, both of which never happened. One star is too much for service like that.

Most helpful. Dealt with Cody when seeking a purchase price for a written off vehicle and found him to be courteous, professional and transparent with explanation of valuation. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Wouldn't trust their condition reports at all. The car I bought had a perfect condition report and when I picked it up it had every dash warning light on and it was basically written off mechanically. Attempts to contact them after that were ignored.

My car got towed to their offsite on Montgomery road it was there for good month and three weeks it just got towed to our mechanic’s on 18 march 2023 to have a look and see if our car can be fixed all our personal belongings were stolen things that were in our car that has been with us for several years mainheim people have taken it they stole quite a lot of things in our car we are so angry the fact they stole what was in our car when they knew that our car was coming back to us worst people to communicate with don’t get any cars from this auction place they are not TRUSTWORTHY people to start with! Better off at the car dealership!

Terrible service . I auctioned off a motorcycle and when I went to see it to bring it to my house they did not find it. very suspicious. I do not recommend anyone doing business there.
