I was having some problems with Xero - Invoice & Quote set-up. I posted on Xero community, Helen was quick to respond with some questions & also provided a way to contact her directly. This was perfect, it's much easier for me to talk than type! I had a great conversation with Helen, who offered solutions to my initial problems and also some great advice on how I could use Xero more to streamline my business.
