They are charging brand new prices for clothing with stains and rips. You're better off buying new from kmart or the warehouse. The staff are rude and put my holds away even though they were on the hold rack. No apology and what is the point of having a hold rack? They really should put prices down another 60%

Usually find what I'm looking for at a price I'm happy to pay. Staff are always personable. My only negative would be how cold it is (maybe this will be sorted with the renovations currently underway). I notice many reviews comment negatively on the staff; I have made many, many visits to this store and have always been treated politely however I have witnessed several examples of my fellow customers treating staff in a less than pleasant manner.

I think the pricing is a little out of control. Warm coats up to $59. It's pricing out a lot of people from items that in the past were affordable. It's very much a business over an opportunity store. They do have a lot of options and some reasonable categorisation which is helpful. But it depresses you to know that when you donate your clothes you no longer need they are not helping those that do need them.

Gotta say, this place is truly disappointing. Overpriced, rude staff, not organised, no cash or payWave, dirty. I get that all the money paid for the clothes goes to some corporate but surely they can spare some expense to clean up a little and hire some actually nice people. That’s all I want if I’m paying $60 for a faulty jacket when I donate $50 worth of clothes monthly to your store.

NO PAYWAVE OR APPLE PAY (PROBABLY CAUSE THEY ARE TOO GREEDY TO PAY THE 1% SURCHARGE) Rude staff and the prices are way too high for used out of fashion clothing that is worn down or ripped. You should go to a place like kmart if you want to shop on a budget for better quality clothing and stuff that is actually i’m fashion. Don’t waste your time with this greedy company.

I'm annoyed!!! There's definitely no bargains here. I picked up 2 items I wanted both were over $20 each I put them back .. went to dressmart and brought branded gear NEW for nearly the same price...

Very poor attention, one of the staff (blood woman) is very rude with clients, nice shopping but hopefully pay attention to this things.

Big range of clothes, generally dearer than an opshop but often lots of brand new clothes to be found so still plenty of bargains to be had.Sweltering on a hot day as no proper air-con, just a couple of big fans moving the air around. I feel for the staff.
