I was blown away by our experience at Fonebitz Ltd. Friendly staff who fitted us in and fixed my son's phone immediately at a busy time. They did a brilliant job and even showed me photos of previous bad repairs by another company to the phone. They fixed those repairs as well and were very kind to my son on top of everything. I really thought we were going to have to spend three times as much on a new phone so I am so very happy with their work fixing the i phone xr. Will be going back there. Great people and skilled, trustworthy repairers.

Initially popped in to the Willis St store to get some advice regarding a tablet I though was dead. Was advised that the battery just needed to be replaced and was given a quote.Accepted quote, dropped tablet in for repair and had back within a week.Always worth asking if anything can be done. Tablet was headed for landfill so I'm super happy.Great communication, friendly service.Highly recommend.

Took my S20FE into the store, which was not charging due to moisture or debris in the charging port. Graham was helpful, got on to it straight away & I came back 2hrs later to pick up my phone with a new port. Unfortunately another fault popped up later (temperature warning), & I had to bring the phone back again. He again resolved this within 2 hrs & told me to bring it back if I had any more problems. He also offered a refund if he could not resolve the issue.I also wanted my screen protector replaced - he recommended hydrogel instead of a glass screen, which other phone repair places I've been to did not offer. Great customer service & he clearly cares about his customers - highly recommended.

Took my water damaged oppo in to see what could be done. Was told to find out phone model then they would see. Went back Monday morning with model type, explained to different person who said they would look and call me back that afternoon. No call so I called on Tuesday around noon and was told that person was out. Left message to be called back with progress. Did not get a call so went in to shop on Wednesday still not having been called. I asked about the lack of contact and got a raft of excuses about being busy and stress. Offered a solution but when I asked about how the communications would go in the future I got another series of excuses and regular interruptions when I started to talk. I lost confidence so said I would not proceed and asked for my phone. Was told it would be put back together. We agreed 3 pm. So four days and four visits to the store later, my phone is in its original condition and I have not received one pro active contact from phone bitz. They have completely forgotten the customer service element of business. I'll never go back and will warn others about how they do business

You will not find a more helpful bunch of people, who go the extra mile to help. What they don't know about mobile phones isn't worth knowing, and their skill and professionalism in diagnosing and fixing problems is impressive. They went out of their way to fix my phone urgently, even when they were having a busy day. I won't be taking my mobile device repairs anywhere else. Very highly recommend Fonebitz!

Avoid at all costs. I have been a loyal customer and visited a number of times over the past 2 years to buy phone cases and screen protectors but unfortunately Fonebitz cannot be trusted to repair phones.They recently repaired my cracked iPhone screen and my phone has been malfunctioning ever since.The screen display colour was calibrated incorrectly and appears too yellow and blue. Screen taps now do not always register in the correct location.The most frustrating issue is severe battery drain which was not occurring before the repair. My phone’s battery life was average before the repair, but is now extremely severe and loses up to 50% within a 5 minute period. The battery level glitches, with the battery percentage jumping up and down by large percentage points, before the phone eventually turns off all together. I now need to carry a power bank everywhere.I visited the store following the repair to raise my concerns and the issues that have been occurring since the repair. The two owners in-store spoke over me and did not listen to what I was saying, shrugging off the issues and simply saying that there is no correlation between these issues and the screen repair. This is blatantly untrue, these issues started immediately after the repair. My phone and it’s battery life was performing normally with a cracked screen for a number of weeks following the initial drop which caused my screen to crack.Fonebitz does not prioritise customer service and made no effort to right their faulty repair. They offered no solution besides additional repair work at full cost. Fundamentally, I believe it is wrong to charge customers to fix damage or faults caused by work/repairs you have already charged for.Don’t make the same mistake I did. Fonebitz does not do right by their customers.

AVOID. Unfortunately I had a very similar experience to the last reviewer on here, I wish I’d looked them up before taking my phone in. My phone had water damage and needed a new screen. After I picked it up the screen colours looked really strange, particularly on the camera. I took it back and was talked over exactly as the last review described and told that it was no fault of the screen, that there must be water in the camera. They also told me, the day after I picked the phone up, that the battery might start draining really fast. I had paid them nearly $500. The battery did indeed start draining fast. Around three weeks later the screen stopped working entirely. I did not want to take it back to fonebitz because I knew they’d make up an excuse. I bit the bullet and took it to a reputable repair place and paid for an Apple quality screen. They said that there was no water in the camera. Interesting now my camera looks fine, my screen looks fine, and my battery is not draining really fast anymore. Moral of the story, do your research and do not use somewhere like Fonebitz that uses low quality screens and then makes up excuses for them.
