Nice new store, great staff, did a click and collect order and it was ready within 30mins. Fast and friendly service although the store was crowded with Christmas shoppers.

The worst EB games store on planet earth, I walked in today with my friend today at 6:30 pm to buy Fifa 21, we were so excited, the staff member was very rude and did not even want to talk to us. He really had a bad attitude. I asked him about a deal for Fifa 21 and he was very impolite and continued cleaning without talking to us. Anytime i ask a question, its always answered by I don't know. We didn't end up getting the game. I was really shocked. I have been an EB games customer for 10 years, but I promise that this is the last time I will visit any EB games store. And I will make sure non of my friends do as well.

Thanks for your awesome customer service! Both Mel and Sam were super helpful returning my shirt that was too small and helping me find a new one, even when it was busy on Boxing day. 10/10 staff!

I was looking to purchase the new Pokemon game for my son, and there was an employee, tall, ginger beard think called max? he provided exceptional customer service, and as someone who has worked in marketing for 10+ years, he seemed to know a thing or too about sales... Great service overall!

From start to finish I endured a rollercoaster of emotions I would have never expected when I woke up that morning. Went in looking for specific pop products and the service and info I received from Mel was absolutely top notch. She is so friendly and helpful in helping me find what I wanted and even showed me the pre-order book which I had NO IDEA about when visiting other eb games stores. Top notch staff member you have there she is absolutely amazing and so friendly. Kudos EB.
