Dishonest in all possible aspects; will blatantly lie to your face, gaslight for variety and gets aggressive when confronted.Uses inferior quality products that started failing within months. Poor quality workmanship. Does not stick to agreed timelines or quotes -> completed less than 70% of interior yet took 4 months longer than the timeframe initially agreed on and then tried to send us a bill for >30% over the agreed cap i.e. quote despite not having even almost completing the job. (Somehow they seemed to think that they were also going to send us an additional invoice for the rest of the work ?!) Staff took extended breaks, showed up on site late (some only arriving at 11am on some days and mostly knocking off by 3 pm), often left early, some came and went during the day yet Mike seems to charge on all having done full 8 hour days on site. Had to get others in to repair and complete the work they were contracted to do.Showed little regard or care for our property and pretty much just kind of took over our house (despite having pre-agreed boundaries which they just ignored) with zero regard as to the impact of their actions on us.Just awful service. Had to involve our solicitor in trying to deal with these guys. If I could post this review with no stars at all I would as 1 star is being excessively generous.Photo but one example of poor quality paint applied to unprepped surface that peeled off when I removed the painter’s tape they left behind. Also a photo of the quality" of the paint job you can expect from them."
