Recently bought a car from Kiwi Auto Motors. I am happy with my purchase. They provided good service. Mr. Don, you are doing great service.

Not happy because me and sales person negotiated a price for the car turns out he didn’t speak with management before and tells me the price has increased. Wasted my time because I came all the way from Porirua to see the car. And because I didn’t buy the car on the day he said price has changed higher. Very Poor customer service

I haven't bought a car from Kiwi Auto Motors yet. But I got few cars serviced and some repairs done too. I am very impressed with the quality their work. Well done guys. Keep up good work.

Worst experience ever! Bought a new car six months back, and I am facing mechanical issues. They sorted the issue 3 months back, but the same issue occurred again. I gave my car to the mechanic to get the issue sorted, but they didn't bother to check my car for 1 day, and I have to spend the money for Uber to travel. I don't recommend this automotive to anyone..

Absolutely love my new car, the team there are amazing, I wanted to keep my wheels and stereo when doing my trade in and they made the process very quick and easy.

Hi I bought the car from there. They tried to cheeky on mechanic insurance. I wait there like 4 hours they didn’t ask me for drinks. Really bad behaviour. Don’t recommend to come this place . He thinks he is a king that is why he is really bad for customers service. I won’t come to this anymore ever.

Genuinely a one stop shop for vehicle service, WOF and repairs. I was given good advise regarding the repairs that had to be done and was given a courtesy car to be used for a couple of days while my car was under repair. Very happy with the friendly and professional service. Well done Team

Highly unsatisfied with the kind of services given to me. The staff here was rude and they declined a GrabOne Voucher which they earlier promised to accept. Just because they forgot to redeem before expiry date, they said we are not committed for service (even when they are the ones who gave the car service appointment at the first place). Wasted money, fuel, time and energy and got nothing in lieu. All this does not look authentic and customer friendly at all.So, watch out guys! Not recommended.

Asked Kiwi Auto mechanic to fix an engine oil leak, they said they can do that and I believed him and left my vehicle with them. The job took two days. We paid about $400 and left. Got home day later noticed that there was a small leak took it back for a check. Was told that it was normal to have some residue spill after a job like this.The small leak continued, one year later it now haemorrhages oil. I rung them today to ask if they remembered the job they did, the guy on the other end said yes. But after making some more inquiries and reading reviews here. I can see that it's a fruitless pursuit.In short we were lied too, our car is now unwarrantable.Poor service, a debt paid to the wrong service leaving us in debt.
