A first class experience from start to finish. Our house is fairly large, was cold and had high power bills with an old heat pump and oil radiators. Tim came round and recommended a multi unit system upstairs with ceiling cassettes and two wall mounted heat pumps downstairs. We had it all installed last week and are over the moon. The products are brilliant, the guys that fitted them were extremely professional, clean and tidy and Laura was friendly and helpful. Our house has been transformed and it is pleasant to live here (and our power consumption has halved!). I cannot recommend this company more highly. You will not be disappointed.

Very responsive! Had a tech on site in about an hour ( we were a bit lucky) quickly diagnosed the issue and attempted a fix, when that didn’t work were quickly back to resolve and we once again have hot water which is so nice on a cold Wellington morning. Balanced cost vs time very well and doing the right thing for the customer vs just throwing parts at an issue which can end up being very pricey. Kept me well informed through the job. highly recommend for their friendly, professional service.

Absolutely fantastic team to deal with. Our initial consultation with Tim was very thorough and gave us confidence that they understood how we lived and what we needed. The installation of our ducted heat pump took place over 4 days. Particular attention was taken in positioning the vents as unobtrusively as possible. The team were a delight to have in our house - hard workers and so polite. Never had such tidy and clean workmen. Fabulous post installation care. Highly recommended

All the way from initial and subsequent contacts with their friendly and very helpful reception staff to the refrigeration professionals that came and did the work - They also took the trouble to explain what was needed and why, were very helpful and approachable, and did a great job.
