Waka building has been excellent from the very first email/phone call. A very family oriented company that make you feel very comfortable whenever there's anything going on. They keep you informed with everything going on, and provide professional guidance when decisions need to be made but do not make you feel pressured at all. The work they do is very tidy and at the end of the day you wouldn't even know they had been there apart from the progress as they tidy up as the go. No dust, no materials left lying around. Very very tidy work.I would fully recommend Waka Building to anyone thinking of doing a reno no matter how big or small.

Waka Properties were contacted to do a small maintenance job on a rental property in Kelvin Grove. When the quote came back and the work approved the job was completed very promptly.

Nathan's honest up front talks English not builder jargon. By Waka was treated by the team as a person. This team restored my faith in tradies. If waka say they will be there they will, if they say they will do something they do it. When it comes to quotes and prices they are great. Allows avaliable to answer questions no matter what it was. Cam and Pete Dion let me know each day what was happening. With regular check ins from Liam and Nathan. If they were not going to be there or late or one needed to be osite for a few minutes. They cared for my wooden floor. The kitchen walls look amazing. Thanks to Liam who found the door framing I wanted, which I though he might not have been able to get as my house is old.
