I recently took delivery of my dream car, a Civic Type R, from Alex Wheeler. Alex went above and beyond to ensure the car was delivered on time and in the most professional manner. He was knowledgeable and friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and the dealership.

We have now bought 2 cars from Honda North Shore, and both times we have used Susan Teh. Susan has been amazing for us, really listened to what we wanted, and has twice now given us excellent deals on our cars. She was very patient with us, and made sure she got the exact right car. Susan genuinely cares and months later will still call to check everything is ok. If we have any issues, she gets on to it straight away. That's just great service.

Always a great service, from the front desk to car service, all can be done in one day. Clear communication as well. High recommended to anyone.

I have just had the most amazing experience at this wonderful dealers. After a purchase from another car yard fell through, I was desperately looking for a new Jazz. I was fortunate enough to go into Honda North Shore and talked to the wonderful Alex Wheeler. As there was nothing on their lot that fitted my needs, he offered to 'loan' me a car until the perfect one came in that I could buy. It was like an early Christmas present and I couldn't be more impressed with his professionalism and integrity. I have no hesitation in recommending Alex and Honda North Shore. Came back for my service, was outstanding again and well looked after by Mira in customer service she guided me well and the technician have done a good job. Marnie did also provided good service by rearranging a loan vehicle which was not available on the day.Overall traveled 150km to get the service done and it’s worth it.

Perfect service from Susan and the entire process was soooo smooth!came here for working holiday and just nice Susan lmk that actually they have a few nice 2nd-hand car, have a look in the store and straight confirm with Susan and got my car on the 2nd day.

We bought our Jazz hybrid from Honda North Shore and we are very happy with it. It developed an issue with the left wing mirror (not opening all the time and a grinding noise).We rang and talked to the service dept and were told that we could book it in for a look but that they could not fix it as they would need to order in a part. Given the distance to the agent we asked if they could order the part and save us a visit. No that was not possible so a booking was needed. He started off saying it would take an hour then extended it to 90 minutes and we planned our day around that. When we got there the receptionist said it would take 2 hours. Our reaction was to say what we had been told and that we would take it away after 90 minutes. We had to wait as they do not have enough loan cars. There is nothing within easy walking distance to do around the area.Another lady from reception checked out the car and within ten minutes (big ups for doing it so quickly) came to us and said - Yes there is an issue with the mirror and that it was common with that model and age (only just over a year old) and that they would order in a part which would take about a month to come. She was great but why did they get us to come in at all when it is a common issue and does not require a technician to diagnose it. Why not take our word over the phone and order the part in without making us come well out of our way to have them look at it?*edit the mirror was fixed within 2 weeks after all.

Visited Service department, Allan attended to my car problem, and he was a delight to deal with, but other people around while i was waiting were great and attentive to making sure i was being attended too offering tea, coffee or is there anything they could do to help. All very welcoming, made me feel at ease, which i had not been.
