When ordering prescription meds over the phone aren't ready when arrive at the pharmacy not an isolated case. Always give adequate notice prior to picking up as live out of town .Very upsetting not even an apology. Unichem should instigate mystery shoppers to address this . Will have to look at getting meds couriered from Taupo.

Worste pharmacy in NZ. No service and lie to customers. The only reason there in business is that there are no competitors in Turangi.
