My sister and I took my nieces here and had an awesome time! Rob is lovely and made the whole experience easy to understand and great fun - loved the local stories too! My niece is Autistic and was hesitant at first but with Rob’s guidance and an ability to build up to trickier zip lines, she excelled at this and was buzzing! We would definitely recommend to anyone in the Waitomo area to head along! 5⭐️!! Thanks! ☺️

Massive thanks to Kelly & Rob at Waitomo Zipline Park. This was a great experience to overcome my fear of heights ! Rob was an absolute legend when it came to leading this adventure. He ensured we were safe at all times & was also very informative when it came to the Waitomo landscape you get to enjoy at the lookout whilst on your Zipline journey. This isnt something i would usually do & you guys made me feel comfortable and able to navigate the thrilling ziplines with ease.10/10 thanks again !

First timer ziplining at Waitomo March 2023 ... clear introduction to the equipment and instruction on how to attach myself, then practice on a couple of short starter lines, adding skill on skill, building confidence all the time, and heading to some long runs at the end. I had booked, arrived alone, and was included with two others. Great fun. Both Safe and Exhilarating. A buzz.

Is was such a good experience to play this zipljnes in NZ cause of the superb scenery u can view from the top. And really thanks rob and kelly to make it happen for 22 of us in one session which is not easy for them but we did it with their professionalism and safety is not compromise. Don’t miss this if u are in NZ. U won’t regret but be ready to be tired out by climbing up the slope but all is worth it…

It was a worthwhile experience! Both Rob and Kelly were exceptional with teaching everyone on how to use the zipline equipment, they also provided a good history of the area, and are doing a great job with restoring the landscape!Would definitely do it again!

What a wonderful experience. Rob was an amazing host for my 14 year old daughter and me. It is thoughtfully designed with short walks and sone short zip lines first and long ones in the end.We loved the fact that this is a place where common sense still applies and you literally have it in your own hands how quickly you go - obviously after very sound and thoughtful advice.And the long zip lines in the end are an absolute blast! Even in rain and wind like our tour today.You feel Rob’s pride in this place. It always makes a difference to find a small owner-operated place!!Can’t wait to be back!! Thanks so much Rob!!!

We had a free afternoon after spending the morning with the glowworms. Came across Waitomo Caves Ziplines website and tried to book but there wasn't any availability. On a whim I called and was able to secure a spot for my family of four due to a recent cancellation and WOW were we in for a treat!! Amazing time, cannot stress how much fun our entire family had. Highly highly recommended!!

We had an absolutely amazing time zip-lining! My husband and I booked beforehand, and it was just us on our tour with Rob, who was our guide. He was very knowledgeable and informative, and just fun to talk to in general. You learn how to do everything yourself slowly on the smaller ziplines first before you get to the big ones that were really fun and had beautiful views. Couldn't recommend more, thank you!!

The coach Rob was excellent and patient in teaching me and my family members, the ziplines were built very well, with stunning views over the area. We enjoyed this experience very much.
