Needed an alternator belt fitted very late Friday afternoon, they were kind enough to start on it but was a bigger job than it looked so Martin himself offered to finish it Saturday. Picked it up after lunch Saturday. Can’t fault the service or willingness to help.

Everything is way overpriced even just the little things I wanted to get a service done on my car booked in week before on that day, I get a call 15mins later ...I'm due for a wof in a few days I had that sorted from elsewhere anyway i just thought ok get it done for a full service and a WOF came to $416 I mean for real beyond ridiculous...$246 just in parts and they were really minor things to me it was doubled the price definitely won't be going back there ever rip offs...

NOT RECOMMENDED! I have been very disappointed.This job is still not completed (at 1/4/2023) and has required re-work.I hope there will be a great job in the end but am seeing an unprofessional business with poor communication.

Lady at the counter was the rudest person I have met in NZ. I have been booked in for 5 days to get a regular service on my vehicle after 3 hours nothing has been done and then I get told that someone will call me if there's a room for me later in a day. If I wouldn't call back myself nobody would even get back in touch with me. Went to town to see other garage, best decision I made..
