The team at Pet Doors R us, gave me an excellent service. Alie came back to me promptly with the quote and once accepted they came out the next day to measure up. The job was fully completed within a week (including new glass installed). They cleaned up after the job was completed and I am very happy with the quality of the overall installation. Highly recommend this company for pet door needs!

Both Greg and Alie are great to deal with and Greg's workmanship is fantastic. We had a good chat whilst he was on the job and he walked me through each step of the process of the glass cutting and installation which was actually very interesting to watch. His explanation of how the microchip cat door functioned was very thorough leaving us confident we could use it correctly without even having to read the manual.He also left me with a cat door for inside that I opted to install myself and happily walked me through how he'd recommend making the cuts and installing the door which I've just finished and it's turned out great (thanks Greg!).We're very pleased with the results and wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Pet Doors R Us.

I sent an email with what my needs were. They were able to recommend a suitable pet door and why that was most suited. They then arranged a time, the installer called when they were on the way and completed all the works super efficiently. Really happy with the end result and service from start to finish.

Alie and her team were super helpful. They managed to squeeze the install of our dog door into their busy schedule at very short notice. The installer who arrived was so professional and did an excellent job. My two little elderly dogs and myself are very grateful. I would have no hesitation in using this company again. A++

We first spoke to Alie who explained everything thoroughly and answered our concerns. Greg came out to fit the cat door and explained exactly what the procedure would be. He's a really nice guy and did a fabulous job and left it really tidy afterwards. Both Greg and Alie are extremely professional with excellent customer care and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Initially contacted them on their website but no response after a week. Contacted them by phone Wednesday and Job was done Friday!! Ellie was on to it and got me an installation time I wanted.Greg called ahead before arriving and gave a thorough explanation of where to install and how it all worked.
