Suzi had been an absolute delight as a property manager. She would quickly get onto any issues if there were any. Respond to messages or phone calls promptly and keep the place in incredible condition. Suzi was always there for us tenants and the units are outstanding. Couldn't have asked for a better person for all those years in Dunedin.

Great property managers!! Any issues with the house we’re quickly resolved and Suzi was always on hand if we had any problems. We felt like respected and valued tenants as she was very attentive to our needs. Overall a really positive experience!

I am extremely satisfied with the services and care from Otago Flats. My partner and I have been renting with them for 1.5 years and it has been a pleasure. They are both professional and easy to approach. Our flat is looking over the city of Dunedin, and because of Otago Flats we are free to enjoy the amenities the city has to offer without stress! During the holidays, some construction was happening nearby and Suzi and Libby made sure to check in on us and even gave us a small gift card because of it. They really do go above and beyond.
