Aaron and his team were fantastic at connecting and installing a new gas cooktop. Aaron prioritized our job to ensure we could get back to cooking our dinners! Great communication, he always answered his phone and very tidy work. Would highly recommend and definitely use Premier Heating's services again.

We had a full underfloor heating system installed. A bit of miscommunication at the initial install meant we had to wait longer to get the upgraded thermostat system but the Premier Heating team were great with follow up and informative with teaching us how to use the system. The product itself is the best heating decision we could’ve made and we’re 100% happy with our choice to go with underfloor heating! Our home is always warm and cozy. We definitely wouldn’t get the same comfort with other heating options.Thanks Premier Team!

Absolutely the best of the best!Had our house infinity unit replaced and all the gas lines into the house changed to a bigger line. Done in a half day real top stuff from the team.More recently have had Premier doing the plumbing for a coffee shop and these guys really know there stuff no muck around and the most practical way about was done.Plumbing at the highest order without taking the piss on price or service straight up and straight forward.Also a lovely Irish bloke who I couldn’t really understand but I’d listen to him talk all day!

Amazing team.We have just recently had a full radiator system installed plus a new Infinity boiler. The team from Premier are absolutely brilliant. It was a big install which took 8 days but they kept disruption to a minimal.. The team led by Aaron and Simon were really thoughtful and professional and cleaned up every day. Honestly I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Excellent service from the Premier heating team. I’ve always struggled to get our gas central heating unit serviced so thought I’d try these guys. I was most impressed, they came promptly, serviced and upgraded our unit so it was running perfectly again and with extra features. It was all done quickly and the price was very competitive. They seem to have a genuine interest in their product and in providing top service. So much so it prompted me to write my first google review.

We recently had a small issue with our boiler and underfloor heating system. We called Premier Heating on the Friday and spoke with Aaron. Aaron said he would order the parts and be there on Saturday morning. It was pouring with rain and Aaron arrived with a smile on his face. The new parts were installed and we had hot water again. We cannot speak highly enough of the service from Aaron and the Premier Heating team. They have always gone out of their way to give us fantastic service. We highly recommend them.

We had Premier install a ducted heating and cooling system to our new offices and we love it. Everything is now dry and warm, the staff and clients really appreciate the improvement. My concerns going down this path were to do with disruption to our business but Mike and Aaron were excellent in their communication, worked around our client meetings and their staff were courteous and tidy. Great service guys, a job well done.

I chose Premier Heating to replace the failing 25 year old gas-fired central heating engine in my home, and couldn't have chosen a better company to do this. A group of very cheerful, experienced tradesmen who replaced the engine with a new, efficient high-end model, as well as replacing all the floor vent grilles and installing a dust filtration unit. Yes, it was costly, but I now have a reliable, super-efficient system, with a remote control which means I can control the temperature of any room I'm in. I highly recommend Premier Heating as a company which delivers.

We recently had 2 gas infinity systems that needed repairing or replacing at Kawaroa Park squash club. The units failed over a weekend. Aaron was quick to answer his phone on a Saturday afternoon and was there first thing on Monday to quote on repairs and replacement. We ended up replacing both units that gave us 21 years of service.Most plumbers advertise a 24/7 service but never answers the phone after hours. The Premier Heating team responded same day to an issue with our hot water system. They were able to organise and install a replacement within a week.Really professional service with follow ups to check that the new system was working.
