I recently shifted from Matamata to Nelson and booked a truck through Handy Rentals. I found them pleasant and very professional to deal with the truck was great and there were no problems both up the island and back and my deposit was promptly refunded within 24 hours. Great experience all round. I got the smaller 1 bedroom moving truck which was the perfect size and so easy to drive (Nelson to Christchurch and back)! Thanks team this was so straight forward and your communication throughout was perfect!

Easy to book and pick up. Van was good, perfect for our needs. The only problem was it wasnt supplied with a key to lock the back. Partly my fault because I didnt check.

There was a 2 hour delay in getting the vehicle. There was an apology, but no other compensation. We had taken time off work to pick up the vehicle, and instead of arriving at our destination about 9pm, it was 11pm.
