The staff were really helpful to a bloke who forgot to shop with his glasses.The shop is well laid out and clean. Good prices too. Have earned repeat visits from me. I highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible service. Visited the base as the website said what I was looking for was in stock. What I was looking for wasn’t in stock, and that’s fine. But the response I had from a young girl with curly hair was absolutely disgusting. I said that maybe they could update their online stock whoever is in charge of this so the issue doesn’t happen again with other customers. Her response was absolutely shocking. Like I was trying to attack her, she walked off flustered and angry. Please work on your customer service skills whoever you are, you’ve just lost a customer. It’s easy to say, yeah it’s frustrating. Instead of blurb out your feelings and emotions.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Great selection of towels and bedding.

Great store and customer service is awesome. Parking not great so try mid morning and avoid weekends if this a concern. Plenty of selection and good sale prices.

Wouldn't recommend this store. I got a kind single on clearance sale lured by its price. It turned out faulty, their return and exchange policy is very unfriendly and so is their staff. There are other good stores around which have better quality of goods and services.
