This is the 3rd time I have had my windscreen replaced using Novus Glass Penrose. The service is first class. On arrival the technician took my keys and replaced my windscreen. It did not take long and I was back on the road. Top Service and Highly recommended. Albert is a top bloke.

We got our rear windscreen replaced by Novus Glass in Penrose. The service was outstanding from the person who booked the job in over the phone to Ti - the man who was on the reception when I arrived and left. Ti was had such a pleasant manner and extremely professional in his work. Best service I have had in a long time. Highly recommend this business, they were quick and efficient with my repair. I rang other businesses but they could not get the job done for two weeks. Not what you want to hear when you have a rear broken windscreen in the rain. Novus booked me in the next day. Spread the word. AAA+++ service

I just had my windscreen and 2 passenger side windows repaired by Novus. The service was amazing!!!! The girls in the office kept following up with the claim and the gentleman that repaired my glass this morning was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Super friendly, efficient and he went above and beyond to clean and vacuum as much shattered glass from my vehicle. I am extremely impressed with Novus. This was my first experience due to my car being damaged when broken into but it won’t be my last! I highly recommend Novus to everyone!! Thank you so so much for the amazing service Novus ❤️

I can’t speak highly enough about the service I received at NOVUS Penrose. The team there were friendly and really helpful with rescheduling my windscreen replacement on short notice. They were able to replace my BMW windscreen within 2 hours, and provided a loaner car while doing it. To cut the story short, they overdelivered on all fronts. After having our car broken into, we spoke to Michelle at Novus who was so helpful with running us through what we needed to do. We sent a picture of our glass that needed to be replaced and she got back to us ASAP to have a new one fitted in. Beyond that, Michelle went above and beyond to make our lives so much easier through a stressful time.Huge shoutout to Michelle and the team at Novus! I’d award this a 6 star service if I could ⭐️
