Beware when using Link that the management, particularly their CEO, is unreasonable, dismissive and belittling. Link are refusing to refund us the commission difference between the unconditional sales price and the final settlement day price. From day 1 we had clauses inserted which specifically stated a final stock value would be determined on settlement day due to continual stock value variation. At no time did Link advise their commission rate would not reflect the actual sale price, but only relate to the unconditional value. This is neither a fair nor reasonable stance to take and is an insight into the management at Link. Strongly suggest you demand specific clauses/changes to Link's S&P determining that commission will ONLY be deduced off final sales price, not simply unconditional price.A company prepared to screw you for everything they can. This has left us owed $7k, and an incredibly sour taste, not only for us but also Ron and other Link brokers I have approached. Further action is pending and future listings lost.My review of Ron below still stands. He seems too nice a guy to work under Link management.‐----------------------------------------------------Highly recommend Ron Vazirani from Link.
