I like the place and the people living there, very homey feel but TV didn't work in the room, always had to get new password for wifi every week and couldn't use the fire exit door at the back to get to the carpark also my car was stolen while in the gated area and when I asked manager for camera footage said it was against the law, that police would have to come and retrieve it. Rating would have been higher if not for his lack of empathy. Younger manager was definitely more helpful.

Security keeps harassing my grown kids like thereVisitors fml can they have a. Actual phone number to call an sort this out . It’s so annoying

I give it a rating of 2 reason being no air-conditioning in the room. Only one entrance i understand covid restrictions however you should be able to access not only front door access but backdoor as well where the carparks located as it is card activated. Towels and they provide them but don't wash them for the amount of money being paid for the room Towels and linen should be included

Couldn't get in my room all weekend no one to help works weekends $1500 aweek and gave to sleeping my car with my young son

This place is awesome, it's convenient to the public transport mall theme park (rainbows end) etcThe staff here are awesome they have great communication skills . The people and the staff here are lovely. Respectful. And very considerate of others.Everybody here is treated fairly.. Its always upto date with the hygiene here daily is always a 10/10 I enjoy my stay here my partner and I and we love the staff and beautiful people we've met here too..I highly recommend this to all family and friends who need a retreat away or here on business to stay at theHome stay village manukau it's suitable for all amnemities and welcoming to all visiting working or needing accommodation in the South of Auckland xxx

It's a nice place on the outside. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by tenants no workers available to greet us. After 1 of the tenants went to fetch the admin an argument broke out between 2 other residents.

Great place for short term and long term accommodation. Clean, Safe and central.

Abosulteley shocking its more of a rehab staff are from corrections and there's no reception area your greeted thru a window and there are too many rules. It's a boarding house not motel and some rooms have no TV
