I would like to give these guys my absolute thumbs up . My son passed in Bali trying to save his girlfriend from drowning so he jumped in after her and at that very moment our world turned upside down . Changed forever . So you can imagine being somewhere in a foreign country and all you want to do is bring them home . But at that time they couldnt find his body so heartbreaking . When it was time to bring him home we rang home to NZ to find a funeral director who will receive him and check him make sure everything was ok . The prices were way out of our reach . They priced us up to $10 - 15000$ . We had a Give a little page and that had already paid for other related funeral costs . My son in-law kepa never gave up and made a call on the run ( time wasn't on our side ) . It had to be god sent . He rang Haven Falls omg thank you Lord and thank you Haven Falls . Without hesitation they offered to take it on for love . For love imagine that nobody does that , but they did . We are still on the mend and still broken but they made our lives a whole lot easier .They were so professional , outstanding in everything they did . I'm so sorry it took this long to post this . As soon as meeting Brianna, I knew my mother was in good hands. All the extra care and details were sorted. A professional, efficient & lovely service. Highly recommend more whanau to use them.

We absolutely love Haven Falls, Henderson what was one of the saddest most tragic times in our lives was made easier with planning, communication and implementation through the staff professionalism and their cultural understanding. I hope I never have to deal with them again for obvious reasons but I would certainly recommend them to awhi you with your loved ones/s.

Recently, had the sudden loss of my uncle. From the very first phone call, all lost and full of confusion to the very first appointment where every little detail was nothing short of grace. The team and staff, Aidon and Isaac had whom I dealt with made a first time immediate family funeral ever so smoothly. I cannot comprehend their impeccable services, they work with so much gentleness and grace. I am in awe of how kind and caring they all are. Everything was penciled in with detail, no rush of any sort and the process of mourning for us was made lighter. Many of my family members were graced with their immaculate services too, the welcoming and comforting manner, not only towards me who was dealing with all the funeral preparations but also for my supporting family members.The communication line was top tier, they answered all questions with further information included. Emails and calls were always immediate and everything we asked for was received with the highest standard.Overall, not only approved by my immediate family and family all over the world but most importantly the sister of my late uncle. Both Nana and her Husband extend their thankfulness in helping making her brothers last days with us, comfortable and at ease. She now says “welcome to the family” haha. Grateful for Haven falls, the staff and especially the two gentlemen who were with us step by step to the very end. We appreciate you all so much. I felt so comfortable within the surrounding. The music and peacefulness. The staff made us so welcomed and were informative about our needs to celebrate the passing of our friend. The catering was outstanding. A marvelous place and outstanding service.

It is with so much love and thankfulness that I want to write this post. My beautiful wife died tragically on the 23rd April 2016. Alan, Billy and the team have been like angels sent to me at this terrible time. They have all gone so far beyond what is expected to help me and my family. Allen and Jess were complete professionals this weekend taking care of my Nana.Though we were somewhat prepared for Nana's eventual passing, like most children/grandchildren who have not run funerals a close loved one before, we had many questions about the preparation, transport and care for Nana.As we have access to our own chapel, we did not use the funeral home for Nana's viewings but having attended other funerals in the past I can verify the funeral home to be a very calm and grounded space to spend time with loved ones.They were accommodating of our need to bring Nana home each night, which we appreciate more than we can express.On top of all their kindness, the cost of the funeral and flowers were very reasonable and Allen was transparent as to costings of extras requested and and a good guide on what was worth considering and other things that would just add unnecessary cost and burden.We really can't thank you enough for arranging everything and allowing us to give Nana a worthy send-off.
