Don’t buy from these guys. Rusty cars that will cost thousands to get complied. Then you will be bombarded with Indians trying to sell you more cars and will refuse to take you off their call list.

Absolutely Horrible costumer service. We have been imported countless cars from them for the past 5+ years and in these last 2 years they have been sending us junk. They are supposed to inspect the cars before sending it over to us, which it doesn't seem like they do as we have gotten cars with broken door handles, under body rust and multiple other issue that keep coming up which they have not told us. Their claims process is even worse, they take multiple months to get a claim shorted and if they accept the claim which is not very likely, they will add credit and minus 10,000 yen at a time from the next purchase. Super Poor management for a MNC especially in the car export business. They are the worst be have come by. Staff in NZ dont know how to answer any questions and japan dont even bother, will just say that someone will get back to you.

Please don't buy from them. They will send damaged and rust cars for cheap price which is not legal to drive in NZ.Learnt the lesson hard way. Please refer attached images.

*** warning*** Please avoid using this company when you are planing to import car from Japan especially sales representative Floyd Rabina. He don't know what he is doing and he is a total liar. He send me a unit which has under body rust after he confirmed this has no under body rust$$. ***

Bought a car from them in 2017. No issues & still driving. Friendly & helpful staff. Miyako did great job. Once decide to buy my next car will reach out to to them again.

Don't buy from SBT . This company every one know is the worst one in the world. As any one dealing with them. They will rip you off for sure. Sell a car to you cost you over 15000 fix one car. Worst company in the world. I hope NZ gov can fully check this company. I will report to ministry of justice
