Awesome service from Ilam. (Nelson store). We saw what we wanted there but couldn't get back to that store so helped out over the phone with the sku # so we got the right thing from another store.

I purchased this bracelet from Pascoes and the first time I wore it, it came undone a dozen times. I tried to return the bracelet, and the staff there tightened it. However, when I wore it once again, it did exactly the same thing & came undone. So I went in today to get it returned this time, and the staff replied, Well
