Brilliant. Have used Bruce three times now after he was originally recommended from a real estate agent. Through reports, friendly disposition, and real experience and advise not forth coming with other reports we’d had completed in the past. Now get a homeowners check completed on a regular cycle with Bruce. Really great to deal with, recommended.
