Great staff and great products. Good pricing for all crafts and general activites products. Staff go out of there way to help and call around other stores to find items you are looking for. I would reccommend lincraft to everyone.

This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star, 1 star is being generous. Every time I’ve come to this store I’ve not once left with a good positive experience. Terrible customer service by your shop attendant Bernadette when asked where an item is she has responded with “I don’t get paid to do that, you have to look for it yourself and then bring it back to me” this is not acceptable customer service. What’s the point in your sales assistants and wearing a work uniform apron to say they happy to help when they don’t even bother to help you. Also proceeds to over charge me by $30 and doesn’t even apologise for her mistake. Won’t be coming back, will shop elsewhere from now on which is a shame as your store is my local craft store. Very disappointed.

Heaps of stock but not anything we wanted.Little to no usefull help. Left with nothing but dissapointment. To balance this we tried there fort he third time so the new grandy get to wearing baby wool from a helpfu l other" shop."

Great selection of craft supplies, but store is well past its best by date!!!

Bernadette was absolutely amazing with her customer service, she had the biggest queue yet treated everyone like they were the only one in line and was so nice and apologised for the wait. Awesome service she was so lovely to be served by!

Had a great 40% off sale. Plenty of stock available.
