Prompt if you catch them early enough but painfully expensive! $90.00 to travel 2 min from their shop to jam a piece of wire through my door! Eeeeek! Had another locksmith come from whakatane to Ohope and only cost me $50 in spite of it being 5pm also! Won’t be a returning customer unfortunately! Pays to shop around if you can!

Not happy, seemed sick or possibly intoxicated, not sure. Smelt like they been playing with fire or something, really stunk. Kept coughing all over the place, just gross. I want my old wheels back to.

Travelling with friends recently when the front window of their caravan shattered . Limped into Whakatane where we fortunately found you. Replaced and cleaned up within 2 hours. Fantastic service. Ps. Our friends would have posted this comment if only they knew how !!
